Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, helping to maintain a strong brand presence and support home sales. This role will focus on project coordination, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.Write, edit, and proofread marketing collateral, social media posts, blog posts, website content, and email campaigns to align with branding and messaging.Design and produce marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, digital ads, social media graphics, and email graphics, ensuring all content is visually appealing and on-brand.Assist in digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Maintain website content and functionality, ensuring up-to-date information on home listings, floor plans, communities, and promotions.Plan and execute content calendars across all platforms.Create and manage engaging social media content across all platforms.Track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.Collaborate with external vendors to produce marketing materials and manage relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing or similar role, with demonstrated success in campaign execution and high-quality deliverables.Success Factors

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.HubSpot experience preferred.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM, CMS, social media management platforms, project management platforms, content calendar platforms).Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail in both written and visual content.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
