What you'll do
As an Strategic Account Manager at TRACTIAN you will be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs.
Responsibilities Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue growth and client retention Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, including by accomplishing on-site visit to customers plants. Collaborate with customer and technical teams to align solutions with client needs. Perform various methods of prospecting Outbound/Cold Call approach o expand into new facilities of existing customers Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or proven track record of selling into the Manufacturing sector, 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, with a proven track record in revenue growth. Experience in implementing technical projects in the manufacturing sector Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies. Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion. Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. Bonus Points
Experience in software-as-a-service sales. Experience within the Maintenance or Automation sector
