The Role
The E2E planning senior business analyst leads the end to end (E2E) planning business analyst group and serves as an individual contributor to design and deliver multiple E2E planning initiatives for Deckers Brands, ensuring that these initiatives support the company's goals. A strong candidate for this role will bring experience in driving digital transformations and expertise in apparel and footwear planning processes. This leader will demonstrate their ability to mentor and coach other business analysts and drive best practices within the E2E planning business analyst group.

Your ImpactThe primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Acts as a Supply chain planning SME (subject matter expert) with deep understanding of industry best practices, in partnership with internal department leaders and third parties, delivering technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of Deckers BrandsFuture direct line management responsibilities to E2E planning business analysts; contributes and oversees multiple workstreams within E2E Planning initiativesLeads the end to end (E2E) planning business analyst group and serves as an individual contributor to design and deliver multiple E2E planning initiatives for Deckers Brands; includes defining business requirements and solution design, leading user acceptance testing, developing training and process documentation, and supporting hypercare.Supports the day-to-day work of the Planning, Supply Chain and Omni functions by offering assistance, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implementedWho You Are

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
