You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and testers to create intuitive and engaging designs. Your work will impact the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final implementation.Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create user-centered designs for digital products and applications. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.

Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine and improve design solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and goals. Facilitate design discussions and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that design solutions align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all products.

Problem-Solving: Identify and address design challenges, finding creative and practical solutions that enhance the user experience while meeting business objectives.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including user flows, style guides, and design specifications, to support the development and implementation process.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.

Skills: Proficient in Figma with experience working within Agile development processes.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX\/UI best practices, and dynamic data-driven design. Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively. Comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback.

Creativity: A passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing products. Ability to think critically and approach design challenges with creativity and innovation.
