$150K - $250K Base Salary + 50K Bonus + Benefits
Our well-established client in the high-end kitchen and bathroom cabinetry industry mainly on the East Coast, needs a Sales Manager (due to growth) to work closely with the existing reps and help grow the sales team. This position will be in person and work out of the New Jersey Office.
You will be managing 3 existing Sales Reps and also be an Individual Contributor. Current Sales Team makes between $250K-$500K in compensation!!!
Required:
Knowledge of the cabinetry industry is a big plus - experience in sales and sales leadership, selling kitchen and bathroom cabinetry at a high level with big-ticket purchases.
10 years' experience with a minimum of 4-5 years in managing a Sales Team.
Results Driven - Ability to grow an existing team of Account Executives, in new business development, as well as, organic growth with lead generation and RFPs
Strong expertise in pipeline management and budgeting
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills; able to respond promptly to client needs, follow through and resolve issues.
4-year college degree
Travel as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide regular coaching to sales staff to enhance skills and performance.
Conduct hands-on training sessions for the sales staff
Ongoing mentoring to support the professional growth of sales team
Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture.
Manage the recruitment processes for sales staff.
Continuously address and manage under-performance issues.
Hold daily and weekly accountability discussions with each salesperson.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team and each sales person.
Develop strategies to achieve goals at the company, department, and individual levels, annually, quarterly, monthly, and weekly.
Run lead management processes, software lead search & assignment.
Manage scheduling to optimize sales activities and productivity.
Oversee territory management for coverage and client engagement.
Ensure clients are matched with the most suitable sales staff.
Set and achieve sales goals for the team
Ensure each job in the pipeline has a realistic Plan of Action (POA).
Handle commission structures and bonus distribution
Manage sales-related expenses, including car, phone, travel, and insurance coverages.
