We are seeking a proactive, organized, and personable Touring Assistant to support our Real Estate Agents. Touring Assistants will be paid per tour at a base of $100 per tour, plus $20 for each additional home you show. We are seeking charming Licensed agents who already have access to the MLS and have Supra Lockbox priverlages. We need to provide exceptional experiences for prospective buyers. As a Tour Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating property tours, managing schedules, and helping create a seamless and positive experience for clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset. Work as you go Responsibilities: •
Client Tour Support:
Assist Real Estate Agents by conducting property tours, answering client questions, and providing property details to potential buyers. •
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule property viewings, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize tour flow for both clients and agents to be synced. •
Property Preparation:
Ensure that properties are presentable before each tour, including turning on lights, setting room temperatures, and checking overall cleanliness and appearance. •
Client Engagement:
Greet clients warmly, engage in light conversation, and create a welcoming atmosphere during tours. •
Information Gathering:
Collect and relay client feedback and specific property requests to Real Estate Agents to help tailor future tour experiences. •
Access to Properties:
Maintain Access to the MLS and supra devices. •
Travel Requirements:
Accompany clients to multiple properties as needed, ensuring efficient route planning for an optimal touring experience. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Weekend and evening availability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $100 - $200 hourly
