As a Staff Program Manager specializing in Device Certification, you will be at the helm of planning, executing, and successfully delivering device engineering projects and/or product lines. This role will serve at the forefront of our team of Device & Solution Engineering Project Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration of new solutions and products through robust project planning and execution, meticulously overseeing tasks and milestones to fruition. We're seeking a dynamic individual with a knack for guidance, impeccable organizational prowess, and a keen eye for detail, who thrives in our fast-paced environment dedicated to device lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead planning and execution of device and solution engineering projects, ensuring successful deliveryGuide project and leadership team meetings, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration with DISH teamsOversee project timelines and handle certification requests and work orders efficientlyUpdate project plans and reporting dashboards weekly with Product and Project ManagersProvide leadership and guidance to a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and excellenceManage certification device tracking, SIM card inventory, and asset management systems
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field of study8+ years of experience in testing mobile devices and project management preferredSkills and Qualifications:Skilled in wireless device certification tools and processesProficient in managing wireless industry projects and product lines, including 5G network product certificationStrong leadership and communication abilitiesPMP certification or equivalent project management expertise
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/YearBenefits
