Overview:The Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce supporting the Wurth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking (Northern Safety - MSM) Division will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and eCommerce initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and improve customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce best practices, and consumer behavior.CORE RESPONSIBITLIES include the following and all other duties assigned:Leadership and Strategic Vision :Ability to lead and inspire teams, develop strategic plans, and align quality and product management with organizational goals.Lead and develop the quality assurance and product management teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.Manages layers of staff including multiple levels ofPrimary accountability for key system functions with broad scope of influence throughout theProvides leadership and direction as an executive within the departmentServes as key management representatives to the executive

Pay Range:

$200,000-$250,000Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
