Job Description/ResponsibilitiesCome be a part of our team, where your efforts will further enhance our story! Our Human Resources Internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and get exposure to the many functions within human resources, including: talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, benefits, HR operations, etc.
Through business-critical projects, you will gain a working understanding of our industry and develop your professional skills, all while directly contributing to company growth.
The Internship Experience:
12-week summer internship from May 19th 2025 to August 9th 2025
Professional development workshops and networking opportunities
Social and philanthropic activities
Work with a mentor to develop project plans, set goals, and receive continuous feedback
End of summer project presentation
Opportunity to earn a full-time position post-graduation
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
3.0 cumulative GPA
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky for the duration of the internship
Must be at least 20 years of age by the start of the internship
Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer
