New York, NY - Salary Range 70-91kJob BriefThis position is primarily responsible for maintaining all the firm’s workstations, providing audio/visual support, and participating in remote trial setups. They will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and networking issues.ResponsibilitiesSupporting employees with computer issues, troubleshooting PC operating systems and softwareMoving, setting up and shipping computers, peripherals, and printersSetup new user network accounts (Active Directory, M365, Zendesk)Provide End User Support (Helpdesk) to employees in all offices on software applications used in the firmPrepare and support remote trials “Road Show” equipmentMaintain and track inventory for base officeAssist with software installations/troubleshootingParticipate in on-call rotation with other members in IT DepartmentOther duties as assigned
RequirementsWindows 10/11 and Office 365 certifications preferredExperience programming in VBA or other programming languages preferredA good understanding of Windows Operating system to include:Making changes to the Windows registryDevice driversTCP/IP Networking configurationSecurityNetworkingAbility to troubleshoot issues with mobile devices such as iPhones/iPads and AndroidsExperience troubleshooting local and network printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues
Compensation:$70,000-$90,000 per year
