This role involves managing the company's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) portfolio, including property acquisitions and dispositions, lease administration, and property administration. The Director provides critical information and insights to company leadership for the selection, prioritization, and execution of real estate initiatives aligning with portfolio roadmaps and the company's strategic plan. They are also responsible for implementing strategies to enhance returns and improve processes, while building key relationships and providing tactical insights to executive management and stakeholders.Partner with company leadership and stakeholders to align project objectives with strategic business unit strategiesEnsure the real estate portfolio remains aligned with company goals and strategiesOversee CRE lease and fee simple portfolio management and programs, making appropriate changes to meet business objectivesDevelop influential relationships with business leaders and stakeholders in support of project office successMeasure project and portfolio performance through metrics, reports, and presentationsQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of Corporate Real Estate experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 16 years of Corporate Real Estate experience. Preferred qualifications include 15+ years of experience managing large, complex portfolios, leadership experience, and experience in the financial services industry. The ability to travel 50%+ throughout the company's footprint is required.
