About the Role
As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you’ll:
Take
end-to-end ownership
of key features in our stack.
Work with cutting-edge AI models (LLMs and speech recognition) to improve clinical workflows.
Collaborate remotely with a high-performing team.
Design experiments
to ensure product excellence and validate improvements.
Build features across the
full stack
—from
frontend (React/TypeScript)
to
backend (Node.js, Azure, SQL) .
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for
high-caliber, mission-driven engineers
with:
5-10 years of full-time software engineering
experience.
2-3 years of experience with AI engineering
and ML/LLM technologies.
Expertise in evaluating
ML or LLM-based products
,
prompt engineering
, or
fine-tuning models .
Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g.,
GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor
).
Familiarity with
React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure, SQL
preferred.
Located in
Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones .
Excitement to work in a
fast-paced, remote-first
environment with high autonomy.
