Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner

Are you a Human Resources (HR) Generalist/Business Partner who is looking to make an immediate impact? Our company is experiencing growth and looking for a HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. This is an onsite in-person position with evening and weekend shift schedules available. A competitive salary with a bonus incentive is offered along with a $750 sign-on bonus for external non-company employees.Responsibilities:Provide support in areas of human resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organizational development, training, AA/EEO, and special projects.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements.Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and participate in team projects that address strategic initiatives.Recruit, screen, and interview internal and external applicants to fill job vacancies, and educate employees about their benefits.Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews, adhere to all safety and health regulations, and perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Community Leadership & Development.At least 3 years of HR experience is strongly preferred, and PHR, SHRM, or other similar Certifications are a plus.Competitive benefits package is offered including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K match, paid time off, and more.
