So, what's the role all about?

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be joining the fast-growing Customer Experience Analytics line of business within NICE. The technology is used to manage the biggest cost within contact centers - the people. We have cutting-edge AI and analytics technology, a very exciting business environment, and some of the world's biggest and most demanding customers. We work hard and enjoy every minute. How will you make an impact? Designing configurations and solutions according to customer's technical specifications and unique environment, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Creating content of all sorts: from brochures, pitch decks, eBooks, product overview videos, and white papers to blogs, interactive demos, newsletters and presentations Defining and executing Marketing plans and new product introductions Defining our products' value proposition and messaging Promoting our industry thought leadership Supporting Sales professionals with content and training Collaborating with Product Managers on regular release cadences for new features: identify the key features to accurately and effectively communicate to sales, partners and customers Collaborating with other stakeholders - internal and external to plan specific content and topics for NICE User Group (NUG) Actively pursuing, securing and executing customer presentations for annual NICE Interactions customer event Maintaining and updating content for sales, on online content management platform Delivering webinars and presentations to customers, prospects and sales

Have you got what it takes? 5 years of experience in Marketing for technology companies or comparable experience communicating what business value technology brings to customers A strong background (5 years minimum either in a contact center or solutions for contact center) in contact centers is required Experience and desire for storytelling Excellent presentation skills Experience with public speaking and webinars Proficient with Microsoft Office skills (especially, Word and PowerPoint)
