Our client, and large and reputable company based out of Glen Mills, PA, is in need of an HRIS Admin to join their team on a 6 month temporary assignment. This position offers full time hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with a hybrid work schedule (Monday & Friday work from home). The ideal candidate will come with at least 2 years of experience working in HRIS systems, and is comfortable learning a new software, quickly! Excel proficiency is also a must! A lot of time is spent extracting data, and creating spreadsheets, tables, and generating reports. Please directly to schedule a time to speak with someone on our team about this position!

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Reporting to, and assisting HRIS Manager with managaing and updating employee files
Assisting with open enrollment pre-work, and roll out
Generating reports and extracting data from HRIS system into Excel - must be comfortable creating formulas, tables, VLOOKUPs, and sorting data
Providing administrative support to HRIS Manager and team
