MindPoint Group is searching for an experienced Program Coordinator to support the Department of Justice Security Operations Center (JSOC). The selected candidate will have exceptional organizational and people skills and exhibit the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail in performing their daily tasks. The primary function of this role is to make sure new hires are onboarded to and offboarded from the program as efficiently and expeditiously as possible.
Responsibilities:
Support the PM/DPM and other Managers within the program by performing a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to those related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding personnel on 200+ FTE government contract.
Follow established processes and procedures to perform tasks such as opening job requisitions, entering offer requests, submitting visit access requests, provisioning accounts and accesses, ordering hardware and software, and coordinating badging and clearances.
Actively and continually follow up on internal and external dependencies to ensure critical path items are not missed or forgotten.
Brief the status of onboarding and offboarding activities, both verbally and in writing, on behalf of the program.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.
Manage small projects such as tracking and reporting on training completion, retrieving GFE, etc.
Manage and report on other ad hoc data calls as requested.
Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Create status reports, SOPs, and other documentation as requested.
Required:
Bachelor-s degree required
Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
Attention to detail, especially under pressure and deadlines
Time management skills with the ability to perform tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to properly prioritize tasks and complete them quickly and accurately
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Documentation management skills (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Excel) and the ability to use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
Desire to work in a dynamic and fluid environment where priorities frequently shift
Desired:
Non-technical understanding of cybersecurity service delivery in one or more key areas (e.g., GRC, SOC, Engineering)
Clearance: Applicable US Government Clearance required
Location: This role can be performed 100% remotely.
Shift: M-F, core business hours

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $100-120K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
