Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves implementing and managing CAPA processes, conducting root cause analysis, and performing data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. The successful candidate will conduct internal and supplier quality audits, and maintain and update quality documentation. Additionally, the Quality Engineer will provide training and support to production staff.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage CAPA processes.
Conduct root cause analysis.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct internal and supplier quality audits.
Maintain and update quality documentation including control plans, inspection criteria, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide training and support to production staff.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
1-3 years' experience in a quality engineering role working in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing a QMS system and standards AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Proficient in CAPA processes and methodologies.
Proficient use of data analysis tools and software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Quality Engineering Certification or Six Sigma is a nice to have.
Green Belt certification.
Understanding of mechanical and/or electrical inspection, cable assembly, harness, electrical, PCB, micrometer, caliper, CMM, statistics, GD&T, SPC.
