Sabre is seeking a Director, Inclusion and Diversity
. This position will report to the VP People Business Partner and Inclusion & Diversity. This role is an integral part of the I&D team efforts to design and integrate a strategy that aligns with the core vision, mission and values of the company. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to, talent acquisition & career mobility, talent management, culture, community engagement and team member engagement. The Program Manager will partner with the Sabre engagement groups, the People Team, and other groups as required to ensure integration of I&D principles into every facet of company processes and practices, execute on strategic priorities and drive successful outcomes.

With broad knowledge of I&D principles and practices, and a propensity for action and execution, the ideal candidate excels in building and influencing cross-functional, collaborative relationships to drive results.
Regional Leadership:
function as a global lead, based in the U.S., ensuring our strategies are aligned to business goals and practices across our regional hubs in APAC, LAC, and EMEA ensuring. The role is a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Center of Excellence reporting to the VP Inclusion & Diversity and People Business Partner.
Strategic Advisor
: Provide expert advice and counsel to the People Leadership Team, Centers of Excellence, Global Site Ambassadors, Engagement Group Leaders, People Business Partners, and Business Unit Leadership to ensure alignment on global inclusion goals and initiatives. A thought partner advising on best practices internally and externally finding trends and emerging risks. May be assigned a Business Unit or Regional client group as their People Business Partner.
Execution Excellence
: Execute inclusion initiatives with excellence, attention to detail, proper socialization, review and/or approvals while ensuring initiatives and strategies have measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. May require a direct approach to managing operational tasks and diving into the details to ensure deliverables are met in a timely basis.
Strategic Presentation
: Strategically presenting at organization events and representing Sabre externally, as needed.
Leadership Challenge
: Effectively challenge and support business leaders in decision-making and strategic direction related to inclusion. The role is expected to specifically work collaboratively with People Team leadership, Centers of Excellence, Global Site Ambassadors, Engagement Leaders, and Business Unit Leadership.
Barrier Removal
: identify and address barriers to inclusion within the organization, implementing effective strategies to overcome them. Comfortable having courageous conversations.
Influential leadership
: Show strong leadership and influence skills, capable of driving change and gaining buy-in from senior leaders and stakeholders.
Program / Project Management:
Coordinate, implement and manage key strategic I&D programs and initiatives to drive talent acquisition, learning and development strategies, an inclusive workplace, community and client engagement, and brand management. Active review and systemic integration of I&D strategies into business policies, practices, and procedures.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Drive development and communication of key diversity metrics through analysis of workforce data tools, building scorecards and dashboards, etc., to identify gaps and measure success of I&D programs and efforts. Benchmark and leverage best practices in I&D to build effective programs and processes.
Communications:
Collaborate with Corporate Communications / ESG to develop and provide relevant content for internal and external I&D messaging (employee communications, intranet, and internet pages, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
:
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading inclusion and diversity strategy and programs.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree a plus
Deep subject matter ability in inclusion, with significance experience in regulatory and governance complexities in the US and within large global organizations
Proven ability to influence and advise senior executive and business leaders, driving strategic initiates and foster an inclusive culture.
Experience in talent acquisition and talent management strategies and programs.
