About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Energy Territory Manager (AE TM) to represent Bolder Surgical’s products. The AE TM will implement strategic and tactical programs within their assigned territory to encourage growth within existing accounts and develop opportunities with targeted customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales and Adoption: Achieve sales objectives and quotas by driving sales and technology adoption in the territory.
Pipeline Management: Frequently assess pipeline, forecast, and quota to actual results.
Pre-Call Planning and Execution: Understand and execute pre-call planning, call execution, presentations, and customer follow-up.
Develop Accounts: Facilitate utilization of the entire product portfolio within existing accounts.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
Business and Account Planning: Develop and maintain territory business plans and individual account plans.
Introduce New Technology: Present, demonstrate, and conduct clinical evaluations of new technology to targeted customers.
Build Professional Relationships: Establish consistent and professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Achieve Sales Objectives: Meet sales objectives and quotas set by the company.
Collaborate: Work with teammates and counterparts on competitive account strategies.
Represent at Trade Shows: Represent Bolder Surgical at regional and national trade shows and meetings.
Facilitate Product Adoption: Support the adoption of new products at strategic accounts.
Administrative Responsibilities: Manage and report territory expenses responsibly.
Frequent Travel: Travel to meet with current customers and prospective clients.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of medical sales (Operating Room) experience; surgical energy experience preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, prospecting, account planning, funnel and forecasting, time and territory management, call execution, and negotiation skills.
Customer and Market Knowledge: Understand customer needs and procedures.
Territory Planning: Determine sales target priorities to reach quota.
Market Development: Prioritize opportunities and field focus.
Understanding of Customer Buying Process: Knowledge of the healthcare continuum.
Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Diplomacy: Handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact.
Remote Work: Ability to work remotely without daily supervision.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation:
The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000, based on a combination of base salary and commission. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/geography, education, business needs, market demand, and performance versus quota.
