Job Description Summary
The Account-Based Marketing Manager is responsible to initiate the development of the Marketing activities that are required to develop each account he is assigned to. His role is to support efficiently our Sales teams by identifying the customers’ insights, understanding its environment, competition and needs, and propose a dedicated value proposition which will allow us to differentiate. The objective of the Account-Based Marketing Manager will be to get a deep understanding of each account needs, environment and potential, to support the Key Account managers and Account Managers with new business opportunities identification, proposing dedicated and competitive value offer, with tactical approach to develop the business.
This mission requires a servant leadership attitude, ensuring a strong collaboration, teamwork and full alignment with Sales teams and Leaders, to support them effectively to meet their business objectives following their priorities.
The Account-Based Marketing Manager will need to have a good understanding of the market evolution, being supported by the global marketing team, and having the mission to translate the strategy into dedicated tactical plan for each account (5P), executing as well an omnichannel strategy and supporting commercial excellence.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
Support Sales Teams with Account-Based Marketing
In collaboration with the Sales Management, Platforms and Global Marketing, implement the annual Accounts Marketing Plans, including the conversion of the marketing plan into Key Driver Goals with clear ownership and timelines.
Support Sales teams in achieving their budget targets, answering the specific needs of the Key Account Manager
Transversal expertise across the different Therapeutic Area, being able to present our global offer in front of customers.
Market segmentation, opportunities definition, value-proposition definition, competitive analysis and objection handling,
Sales enablement and Go to Market tactics.
Support the Key Account Manager to set up action planning by account,
Ensure customers targeting with long-term pipeline management based on Molecules Mapping and Collection Initiative.
Implement omnichannel communication strategy and account-centric digital marketing approach is effectively used to drive demand in the accounts.
Deliver solid Training plan for our Sales teams to pitch on the Value of our solutions.
Voice of Customers to be shared with Global Marketing and Platforms
Working with the Customer Success team, share the Voice of Customers with Global functions in order to assemble the unmet needs and market trend, and to identify the most impactful technical engagement needs for future developments and innovation.
About you
Education
Minimum Masters Degree in Marketing or MBA
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in operational Marketing
Experience in strategic account marketing to enterprise accounts preferred
We seek an experienced individual with a consistent record developing marketing tactics for major, global accounts and developing accounts- preferably in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
Skills
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, as well as marketing expertise in Pharma business. Crucial to success in this role will be the ability to translate strategy into execution plan, and take a role in securing the commercial success of our Global Accounts.
Strong presentation, marketing skills and eye for business

Travel
30-40% domestic and international
