Get ready to tackle commercial and technical challenges while making a significant impact!LOCATIONNovi, Michigan ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDevelop and execute Strategic Plans.Establish market plan to meet 3-years corporate objectives.Ensure orders taken pursuant to the annual budget and business plan to 3 years and plan to initiate necessary actions for its markets.Initialize and facilitate meetings and tracks program progress.Participate in projects identified journals about how the PMP (Project Management Process).Validate with the COP (Project Manager) and reference the technical bids and distribute to customers.Negotiate costs Modifications Requests (using ECR form) .Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.Facilitate and enhance the network clients & analyze their creditworthiness.Analyze continually markets needs and competition and synthesize information.Participate in Management reviews (Quarterly at HQ).Monitor customer via a management tool and contact (online shrink CRM)Coordinates activities and ensures appropriate communication with the local team.QUALIFICATIONS4 year degree in engineering, business management or related field 8+ years of technical marketing or related experience with demonstrated success in creating demand and developing new customer opportunities, pipeline growth, and profitable revenue growth plan. Analytical skills and ability to prepare business growth strategy and execution plans. Demonstrates extensive experience with executive presenceWorking knowledge of market technologies and application in the automotive market. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional global environment. Goal oriented, focused on making a significant impact in a high growth environment. Excellent oral and written communication - fluent in English (other foreign languages a plus).
