This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Marketing team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! Cochlear is helping people hear, and be heard, all over the world. In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.
This role is responsible for driving and expanding the service revenue, through developing and executing integrated direct-to-recipient and-direct-to-professional marketing activities. This role is also responsible for laying the foundation for the upgrades clinic strategy including understand the situation, thinking creatively to solution and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and results in with our professional partners. The successful candidate will be accountable for a portion of the revenue associated with their direct sphere of influence. The responsibilities include helping define the overall strategy, defining the required marketing efforts and executing against the agreed roadmap either individually or with support from others. The role entails executing through multiple channels including digital and non-digital advertising, collateral and content development, events, social media and inside and outside sales teams. This position successfully partners with groups across the organization such as marketing, recipient services, IT, clinical, legal, field sales and operations teams, as well as external clinic partners. This position reports to the Director Product Marketing, Recipient Services.
Key Responsibilities
Gain in-depth understanding of revenue drivers. Identify trends, key segments and define behavioral patterns.Partner across the organization to support the development of unique and valuable solutions to meet revenue targets.Use insights, research and VOC to understand the recipient and clinician experience, key barriers to upgrade, and develop programs and solutions to address these needs and barriers.Understand the clinic and clinician challenges related to upgrading, develop strategies to help alleviate the pain points for clinicians, develop and execute pilot programs in market, analyze the findings to inform future practices.Measure and analyze existing programs within direct sphere of influence to identify opportunities for continued testing and optimization to increase customer engagement and revenue. Present findings to extended marketing teams and across the organization.Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to create marketing plans, gain alignment and execute the roadmap.Monitor progress and escalate issues for timeline resolution.Execute to plan and ensure timely delivery of initiative, including metrics to effectively measure success.Develop content, manage creative assets and production processes for assigned deliverables.Other duties as required that are integral to the recipient services team missionKey Requirements

Pay Range in the United States: $105,000 - $115,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.
