Job Description
Join our team as Resort Manager and become one of the authors of our story. In this role, you will serve as second in command of this luxury resort, responsible for the successful oversight of the teams in Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Experiences. Provide leadership and support the team in achieving our mission of being best-loved and vision of ENRICHing lives; serve as a member of the Ranch Planning Committee.Lead and inspire the team to drive excellence as our core competency to drive profitability.Foster an enriching culture within the Rooms, Food & Beverage & Spa, inclusive of guest experiences and activitiesResponsible for the development of leadership staff to increase knowledge and skill level.Assume a leadership role in building a strong and committed team.Interact with other Ranch Planning Committee members, department leaders and home office leaders to facilitate positive and constructive communication and cross-functional cooperation.Salary Range: $180K - $195K

Includes oversight of daily inventory and rate control via reports produced by revenue management, reservations, and sales & marketing departments. Responsible for analyzing data and making key decisions to maximize revenue opportunities.Actively and creatively upgrade the standards of the resort's operations and products.Take an active role in guest relations and initiate guest contact, responsible for resolution of guest service issues and meeting with guests during their stay. Key driver in maintaining relations with repeat guests.Problem solve team member and guest opportunities in a continuous push towards excellence.Prepare and execute budget and financial analysis for rooms and related areas.Spa
Partner with the Director of Wellbeing to drive Wellness throughout the Ranch.Culture and Employee Journey
Curate and manage the team members experience while working in coordination with Talent and Culture to create an exceptional on boarding process for all Team members.Participate in the administrative duties related to the hiring, scheduling, training, discipline, documentation, and coaching of department staff.Advise leaders and participate in employee counseling, investigation, and disciplinary process; provides leadership and direction to the overall resort operation with focus in Rooms, Spa and Experiences.Work closely with our Talent and Culture team to ascertain training needs. Work with leadership to deliver and create on - going programs in coordination with the Auberge Standards.Drive the development of all leadership and team members to produce future leaders for the company.
