Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do:
Manage the US SSC market readiness of new products, next generation products, product enhancements, spare parts and Service products, and products introduced into the US market through the activities of a cross-functional team.
Lead efforts focusing on standardization and optimization of the Sales Operations Management framework for the Product organization by creating, training, and driving adoption of best practices and effective processes.
Drive Sales operation management process & policy improvement and communications and assess impacts as they relate to product release process in the U.S. market.
Define, lead, and support CZMI Market Readiness Process (process steps, dependencies, and timelines, relative to endpoint, deliverables, and responsible parties) for all products sold by the US SSC Dublin and non-CZMI Dublin manufactured products.
Proactively communicate any changes in the internal Market Readiness processes to the US SSC marketing Managers, US SSC operations and, when applicable, Sales Management team members.
Collaborate with Customer Service organization in their post-sales preparedness to ensure optimal Customer experience.
Create tools to manage and report on projects moving through the Market Readiness process. This includes providing metrics at monthly project reviews. Works with corresponding product management / marketing management teams to develop launch plans with consistent practices (e.g., logistics, such as methods of customer notification of upgrades, software distribution methods, standard order, service, commission, pricing, training policies, etc.)
Commercialize products manufactured by 3rd-party suppliers to enhance and bundle with Zeiss products per the U.S. market needs to ensure complete portfolio of the product.
Decommercialize end-of-sales and end-of-service products
Create strategies for transforming existing business operations to solution selling, including Digitalization and Consumables.
Lead and motivate the Market Readiness team and ensure that performance expectations of team members are established and maintained.
Advocates on behalf of customer success, activations, and on behalf of our customers as a member of the cross-functional release team
Do you qualify?
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-6 years project management, preferably within a medical device company
• Knowledge or experience in product commercialization processes
• Experience in cross-functional project management.
• Excellent Communications skills, includes strong oral presentation and written communications skills.
• Experienced knowledge of spreadsheet financial analysis, word processing and presentation software
• Organizational skill a must
• Knowledge in SAP and Agile, desirable

The annual pay range for this position is $104,200 - $130,200.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
