This role is central to positioning executive voices effectively across internal and external channels, enhancing the overall brand perception and trust in entertainment leadership. Reporting directly to the Director of Executive Communications, the manager will support high-level engagement efforts through insightful content and storytelling that aligns with the organization's core values and strategic objectives.This role offers shaping the company's voice in an industry defined by innovation and storytelling. As a key member of the executive communications team, you will play an essential part in promoting leadership across global platforms, offering an opportunity to grow both in expertise and in impact.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Executive Communication Development
Craft compelling speeches, talking points, presentations, video scripts, and internal memos that convey complex ideas in a clear, relatable way for a range of audiences, from internal teams to external stakeholders and media.Translate intricate, high-level business strategies into straightforward, impactful messaging, ensuring that executives' voices are accessible, inspiring, and on-brand.Develop and execute executive communication strategies that reinforce the organization's entertainment mission and address the evolving media landscape.Executive Messaging and Engagement
Collaborate with leaders to develop unique executive perspectives that capture industry insights, thought leadership, and personal leadership philosophies.Prepare executive statements and talking points for high-profile events, including keynote addresses, conferences, panel discussions, and media engagements.Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with executives to refine messaging, prepare for engagements, and adjust communication styles based on target audiences.Event and Presentation Management
Oversee end-to-end content creation and presentation design for high-impact events, ensuring seamless alignment with brand guidelines.Conduct presentation rehearsals, and be available on-site to manage logistics and troubleshoot any issues, offering support for both domestic and international engagements.Leverage advanced Keynote and PowerPoint design skills to create visually engaging presentations that enhance storytelling and executive presence.Collaborative Stakeholder Coordination
Partner with cross-functional teams to align executive communications with broader organizational narratives and goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.Coordinate with internal PR, marketing, and communications teams to align on messaging strategy and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, such as integrated campaigns and joint executive panels.Thought Leadership and Media Preparedness
Work alongside media relations and corporate affairs teams to craft clear, media-ready messages, proactively shaping public narratives around business priorities.Prepare executives for media engagements with journalist-specific messaging, creating contextually relevant materials that demonstrate thought leadership on current industry trends, company strategy, and the organization's role in entertainment.Attributes:
