The Human Resources Advisor Senior will serve in a support role within the Department of Aviation - Talent Acquisition Division. The position will be responsible for handling multiple tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Division as it relates to the daily operations of the Airport Career & Development Center. This position will be responsible for providing career coaching services which includes an employment center environment to Aviation employees and more. Responsibilities also include providing high-level customer service to the Executive Leadership Team, Management Team, employees, and the general public. Additionally, responsibilities also include performing administrative functions as it relates Talent Acquisition Initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will have strong communications skills (verbal and written) as well as strong computer skills. The candidate will enjoy engaging with people from various backgrounds.
