Job Summary

Under general supervision, provides first level customer service support for all district supported computer applications, hosted services, end user devices, classroom technology, and multi-platform operating systems. Troubleshoots technical problems, creates help desk support tickets; facilitates and communicates resolution to support tickets; escalates unresolved or complex issues per department policies and procedures.

Comments and Other Information

This is a short-term position, filling behind an employee on leave of absence. This position will primarily cover helpdesk phone/remote IT support. Technical certifications and/or related college credit experience is strongly preferred; previous experience in K-12 education or office environment highly desirable.
