Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing campaigns, manage RFPs, and produce sales enablement content. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of marketing and sales activities.
Responsibilities Include:
Marketing Campaign SupportAssist in creating and managing campaigns across digital, email, blog, website, and social media channels.Maintain campaign contact lists and perform market research to create engaging content.Analyze campaign performance and report findings for optimization.RFP Management
Manage the complete RFP lifecycle, from drafting and coordinating inputs to timely submission.Write and edit RFP content, including company overviews, resumes, project descriptions, and cover letters.Maintain and update the RFP library using Proposify.Sales Enablement
Develop sales collateral, presentations, and briefs to support sales efforts.Collaborate with the sales team to create customized materials tailored to client needs.Data Management & CRM
Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to manage contact lists and maintain data accuracy.Support database management, data segmentation, and workflow updates.Events & Trade Show Coordination
Assist in coordinating tri-state trade shows, conferences, and client events, from planning to results tracking.Ensure event materials align with company messaging and capture content for social media.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or related fields.Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with tools like HubSpot, Proposify, Salesforce, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.Knowledge of data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, CoStar) is a plus.Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office hybrid position, regularly scheduled for at least 40 hours per week.
Compensation:
Milrose Consultants, LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by several factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
Annual Salary Range:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 USD
