The American College of Physicians (ACP), a medical membership association for Physicians of internal medicine located in Philadelphia, is seeking a MarTech-focused Technical Lead, Data Integration. As the Data Integration Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional data initiatives that power various business solution platforms including our evolving MarTech stack. Working with key stakeholder teams, you'll provide architectural guidance, helping to coordinate data governance and integrations to support targeted content delivery and personalization across multiple channels. This role involves implementing and managing high-quality data flows between and within systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards, and continuously enhancing our data infrastructure to support strategic business goals. This is a hybrid role based in our Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities:
Partner with IT, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams to design and manage data flows that support targeted data activation such as content personalization, omni-channel marketing automation platforms and tools, and targeted engagement strategies. Ensure data flows meet business requirements and support ACP's growth objectives.Establish and help maintain high-quality, validated, and actionable data flows into and across the data infrastructure. Implement and oversee data governance practices across platforms to ensure consistent data quality and compliance with privacy regulations.Design end-to-end data frameworks and workflows that support omni-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with data strategy and management teams to leverage marketing automation/email campaign platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and other marketing technology tools.Document, train, and support others across the organization in the usage of ACP data systems with an emphasis on ensuring data integrity and building trust to empower data democratization efforts.Continually assess new technology, data enrichment sources, and tools to be integrated into ACP data systems/platforms to increase the capacity for digitally empowering ACP's Marketing, Membership Development, and other related teams.Monitor data systems performance, data quality, and reporting integrity. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and in concert with IT and others responsible for data system architecture.Lead complex, data-intensive projects, prioritizing tasks and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.Work with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business objectives, using KPIs and performance insights to refine data systems, enhance campaign targeting, and optimize data integration.Performs other duties assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Management, or Systems Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Certifications in relevant systems/platforms are a plus.5+ years of in-depth and related work knowledgeExtensive experience with AMS/CRM systems (e.g., Personify ThreeSixty) and MarTech platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Brevo, customer data platforms), and familiarity with data warehousing/data lake storage architectures and data analytics and visualization tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Proficiency in API-based, real-time data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance tools and techniques, ensuring automated, reliable data flows across various platforms.Skilled in translating complex business challenges into data-empowered solutions, especially within membership association environments.Proven experience managing and prioritizing complex projects, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain detailed project documentation.Strong written and verbal skills for effectively communicating technical concepts and procedures to a variety of stakeholders, vendors, and end-users.Well-versed in data privacy regulations and best practices for data governance, ensuring compliance across all data management activities.
