Why You'll Love This Job:This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division.Responsible for the technical leadership, execution, and delivery of next generation software defined infrastructure; firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention technologies, micro-segmentation, SD-WAN other data center technologies and continuous process improvements. This role will lead the corporate execution and delivery of software defined infrastructure working with internal subject matter experts and partners/vendors to deliver the solution.

What You'll Do:

Install, configure, and manage a highly available and scalable datacenter and cloud networks.Design, implement, and maintain robust firewall infrastructure to protect the organization from external and internal threats.Monitor firewall performance and manage configuration changes to ensure the security and stability of the network.Configure and manage Azure networking components such as Virtual Network, Load Balancer, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and NSG.Manage and configure firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper) for optimal performance and security.Transforms the organization by leveraging and enabling automation, orchestration, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).Serves as an advocate for business stakeholders into IT and helps evangelize the role of network engineering technology back to the businessProvides well-considered counsel to leadership and other business service leaders on the strategic two to three-year technology roadmap for all software defined technologiesPresents innovate forward thinking concepts and technology to improve business processesContributes to our positive, team-oriented culture by developing and maintaining cooperative relationships, facilitating the resolution of conflicts, and accepting and providing constructive feedback

CCNP - Security, DC, Routing, Switching, CCIE, PCNSE (Palo Alto)Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is desired.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training5 years of experience in a highly technical professional environment5 years of experience in a Network environment working with route switch, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS2+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure or AWS/Oracle/IBM networking technologies.Senior Level experience with Data Center infrastructure solutions: VPN, Cisco (Route and Switch), Palo Alto firewalls.Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/trainingAirline Industry experienceSkills, Licenses & Certifications:

CCNP - Security, DC, Routing, Switching, CCIE, PCNSE (Palo Alto)Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is desired.Proven ability to build, cultivate, and promote strong relationships with internal customers at all levels of the organization, as well as with IT counterparts, business partners, and external groups.Ability to deploy and execute datacenter and cloud network technologies; firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention, micro-segmentation, and software defined network, and software defined WAN.Extensive experience with Data Center infrastructure solutions: Cisco (Route and Switch), Palo Alto (FW + IDS/IPS functions), Cisco VPN and Zscaler VPNExtensive experience with programming/scripting languages and frameworks in support of automation, such as Python or AnsibleAbility to design Ansible networking playbooks (and/or via Python scripts, REST API) for Palo Alto, Zsclaer, Cisco IOS/IOS-XE/NX-OSHave good hands-on knowledge on Panorama and its template hierarchy.Have a comprehensive knowledge on routing protocol BGP (community strings, route maps, route filters. attributes).Strong experience in building site to site VPN tunnels for both Cisco and Palo Alto's platform.
