We're searching for an

entrepreneurial product designer

to help transform the staffing industry. Our product isn't an app; it's the labor we deploy into warehouses and manufacturing facilities throughout the country (and eventually, the world). Beyond collaborating with software engineers, you'll work closely with field teams to design practical, on-the-ground solutions. You will be reporting to our Head of Product (a seasoned designer with over 20 years in Series A-D environments) from some of the world's most iconic and successful tech brands. You will also partner closely with our founders and leadership team to bring our product vision to life.

Lead the architecture and evolution of our design system and brand identity.Address operational challenges using a blend of hardware, software, and service design.Push pixels in Figma, focusing on scaling manual processes through software.Rapidly prototype designs to facilitate team evaluation and alignment.Develop and refine user experiences within our native and web applications.Utilize our Ops Console to support and scale manual operations.Understand, document, and visualize both business and worker needs.Simplify complex data flows for input and decision-making.Conduct user research to validate concepts and usability.Actively share work with the team, gathering feedback for improvement.Qualifications:

Salary Range Details

The compensation range for this position is set between $130,000-$150,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.

What is light industrial labor?
