Job Description

IT Field Technicians, a subset of the Information Technology department, are responsible for supporting both Ent's employees and end-user IT equipment through on-site technical assistance. This includes promptly and effectively responding to customer requests and problems, either directly resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate resources and monitoring their resolution. Additionally, IT Field Technicians support various projects, including Ent expansion, process improvement, and proactive equipment upgrades. The Tier 1 Field Support Technician plays a vital role in providing on-site technical support to our centers, ensuring the security and functionality of our IT systems. This position involves servicing centers, securing and hardening assets, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, and collaborating with team members to deliver efficient and effective support services.

This person will support our Northern Service Centers which will include but not limited to Westminster to Ft. Collins and Greeley.

Essential FunctionsProduction Environment Support: Traveling to various centers to provide on-site technical support and hands-on assistance for all workstation-related issues, resolving break-fix requests, completing proactive monthly visits, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective support services.Project Work: Support Ent's expansion and improvement through project related tasks directed by the IT Field Technician Project Lead, Project Management and IT Field Support Manager.Asset Management: Complete regular audits resulting in accurate records for all end user IT equipment.Knowledgebase Article Management: Review knowledgebase articles that Field Support utilizes and contact appropriate IT departments to update outdated articles.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

IT Field Tech I

High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent1+ year(s) of experience in a technical service desk role.1+ year(s) experience with financial institution software. PrefIT Field Tech II

High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent3+ years of experience in a technical service desk role. Req and1+ years of experience with financial institution software. PrefEach year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of supporting roubleshooting workstation hardware and software.Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking equipment.Ability to work independently and prioritize workload based on criticality.Understanding of IT systems/data security as it relates to financial institutions or other industries that must comply with federal regulations.Written, verbal, and listening communication skills to understand and convey technical requests or incidents to non-technical customers.Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products.Customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment.Certifications Required:

Additional Information

The pay ranges:

IT Field Tech I

$23.85 to $31.30 per Hour (I11)

IT Field Tech II

$27.79 to $36.48 per Hour (I12)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
