Overview
The IT Project Lead for E-Mobility Services & Tools is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of e-Mobility program tools. The IT Project Lead will also oversee development and implementation of enhancements and additional functionality as needed to drive program success. The IT Project Lead will be responsible for:Operations of Con Edison's existing and development of new e-mobility portals and tools for both internal and external user functionality Crafting actionable recommendations that support measurable program or user experience improvements to existing portals and toolsOverseeing implementation of updates to or creation of expanded program platforms and tools

We are investing hundreds of millions of dollars annually to integrate distributed resources into our electric and gas systems, support electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and scale adoption of energy efficiency and clean heating technologies across our customers.This is a great role to demonstrate your ability to drive results, apply cross-disciplinary skills to the clean energy space and gain firsthand experience with the clean energy transition.Join a fast growing and dynamic team and support one of the countrys largest electric vehicle incentive programs and services.The IT Project Lead for E-Mobility Services & Tools will manage ongoing operations of Con Edison programs, services, and IT tools to ensure programmatic success and efficiencies.Support identification, prioritization, and fulfillment of the E-Mobility teams ongoing business needs related to the program portals, services, and tools, and other Company systems that are used to implement the programs and services.Collaborate with all E-Mobility IT Project teams to ensure system synchronization and continuity across programs.Manage troubleshooting, improvements, and implementation of new functionality for program portal and tool integrations with other systems.Lead projects to build new functionality or systems for future or expanded E-Mobility programs.Act as subject matter expert on architecture, logic, and work flows for E-Mobility Salesforce platform tools.As needed, train and support program Participants who are using program and services platforms and tools to manage their projects.As needed, train and support internal E-Mobility Team users, including business development and program management teams, on best practices and usage of program and services platforms and tools.As needed, support procurement and management of third-party consultants and technology providers.Work effectively and lead cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives that may arise from time to time.Provide problem solving and strategic support related to platforms and tools for the department.Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience with 1-2 years of relevant work experience orMaster's Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines. and 2 years of work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 3 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.Master's Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines. and 2 years of work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required.
