This is a key role in managing the software for Automated liquid handling and plate management instruments and involved the following essential duties and responsibilities:Collaborate in identifying the future road map for software and integrated solutions.Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and vendors.Create compelling marketing campaigns, promotions, and collateral to highlight value propositions and differentiation of Agilent software and integrated solutions.Working in a cross-functional team to align the vision and build momentum across marketing, R-D, finance, manufacturing, and customer support.Build business cases for new investment opportunities backed by data-driven forecast models and present them to divisional senior management.Improve efficiency and customer experience in alignment with new product initiatives.Monitor and drive adjustments to software initiatives based on key performance indicators.A successful product manager requires a strong sense of ownership for their portfolio. You will be encouraged to think boldly, ask questions, and voice your ideas. Flexibility is key in this role.This position can be performed anywhere in the US.Qualifications
B.S. or higher degree in science, business or a related field.4+ years of experience in product management, project management or marketing roles in the life science industry.An understanding of automation software and integrated workflows market and its competitive landscape.Customer and market-oriented perspective.Demonstrated flexibility as a team player and a proactive approach to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and understand P-L as they relate to the product portfolio.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and set priorities.Experience in developing and launching new products is a plus.Knowledge of VWorks software and Liquid handling platforms such as Bravo and instruments in a sample preparation workflow is a plus.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $121,776.00 - $190,275.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
