Job Overview:The People Analytics Lead will leverage HR data to support strategic decision-making, enhance the employee experience, and drive organizational performance. This role is responsible for managing data analysis, reporting, and the implementation of analytics technologies, ensuring their seamless integration with business strategies and HR processes. The individual will also play a critical role in developing a data governance framework and promoting the adoption of enterprise analytics technologies.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights.Develop and maintain HR dashboards tracking key metrics such as turnover, talent data, and diversity and inclusion.Use statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people analytics with broader business strategies.Ensure seamless interaction between HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.Technology Management:Oversee the implementation and maintenance of people analytics tools and platforms.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.Partner with analytics and technology teams to share best practices and drive the adoption of enterprise analytics technologies.Data Governance and Security:Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.Strategic Decision Support:Partner with HR leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.Support strategic HR initiatives by providing insights into emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.Stakeholder Collaboration:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Engage with leaders at all levels to understand their needs and deliver insights to support decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.10+ years of proven experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related field.Expertise in HR data systems such as Workday, and data visualization tools like Incorta, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex data sets into actionable insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL; knowledge of programming languages like R, Python, or similar is a plus.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience with data governance, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.Familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how HR systems interact.Agile, curious, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.#LI-JS2 #LI-RemoteQualifications
