The great things you'll do:Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
Promotes a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe
Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
Manages cafe operations, assists in Culinary and Catering operations.
Performs other duties as assigned
Ensures all sector and Compass employee guidelines are implemented and adhered to
What we look for in the perfect candidate:Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations
Operational knowledge of financial planning and food service equipment
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
ServSafe is required
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
Strong passion for great food and hospitality
