If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator supporting a Project Management Office (PMO) for a large State modernization program. Program. The individual filling this role will manage onboarding of resources, vacation schedules, coordination of onsite meetings, and interface with the client on any and all logistics supporting the smooth operation of the staff supporting the program. This position requires the individual to be on site in the client's office in Montgomery Alabama.The Administrative Project Coordinator will be expected to develop strong working relations with client personnel supporting the program, IT support, security and the office of the CIO. They will be a member of a large team of consultants, the majority of whom are remote. This individual will report to the PMO manager for the NTT DATA team.Job Responsibilities Include:The candidate will work as a member of the Program Management Office. Working as the Administrative Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day to day operations of the onsite staff including:* Providing onboarding and offboarding support for all personnel, NTT DATA, State, and third-party contractors, joining or leaving the program, including submitting and managing access requests.* Maintaining a current organizational chart for the NTT DATA team.* Supporting the ordering and delivery of State-owned equipment when necessary.* Providing a point of contact for any technical issues the NTT team for creating State IT tickets for any requests or issues.* Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings including scheduling rooms and confirming the function and availability of all required equipment.* Participate in and support status update meetings.* Provide feedback on process improvement opportunities for support processes* Provide basic information to users in the use of project tools including SharePoint and, when necessary, escalate requests and issues to advanced support resources.
Required Qualifications:* Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Analyst* Minimum of 2 years experience working on multi-contractor projects* Minimum of 2 years experience utilizing MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint)* This position requires the selected candidate to be 100% on-site in Montgomery, AL at the client site.* Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
