is looking for a full-time Administrative Associate to provide support to our Corporate Operations team located in

If you believe you fit this profile and meet the qualifications detailed below, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Executive and Associate Director of Corporate Operations for multiple corporate sponsored meetings, workshops, events, WJE Board of Directors' meetings, corporate projects, and related activitiesCollaborate as part of the corporate team to ensure the flow of work, effective communication, and a cohesive team environment by providing administrative support to corporate leadersPerform general office functions, such as processing correspondence, mail, and FedEx packages; managing office supplies and equipment; IT support; scanning, copying, printing, and collating meeting materialsEmploy word-processing, proofreading, editing, and formatting skills to support corporate leaders in preparing a variety of corporate communications
Requirements:Bachelor's degree, in English, communications, marketing, business, or similar field of study preferred, and 2 years relevant experienceStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with persons of varying personality types and position levelsProactive approach to problem-solving and eagerness to take on a variety of tasksHigh capacity for learning, retaining new information, and independently executing processesProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with video communications tools such as Webex and TeamsAbility to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong oral and written communications skillsAbility to handle confidential information and sensitive situationsWillingness to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, which includes the ability to provide corporate support during events on evenings and weekends, as needed
Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires visual acuity and listening ability along with the ability to read and write. Individuals must have the dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, telephones, voicemail systems, and other office equipment. The position requires the ability to remain for extended periods at a workstation, as well as the ability to lift 25 pounds. Long periods of standing and walking may be required during event periods.Annual starting base salary (gross): $40,000 - $76,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on several factors including consideration for a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
