Senior HR Manager - Engineered Bearings

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager position is responsible for leading HR strategy for Dover Precision Component's (DPC) Engineered Bearings (EB) business unit. As a key member of the HR Leadership team, this role will work closely with VP of Engineered Bearings and their global leadership team, to support execution of both business unit and company strategy.
* This is a hybrid working role, inc. 3 days per week working at our main manufacturing facility in Pearland, TX 77047.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Design, or related fieldHR Professional certification preferred (GPHS, SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)Over 10 years of progressive HR experienceDemonstrated success working cross-functionally supporting the business strategies, to meet or exceed Annual Operating Plans (AOP)Demonstrated experience leading and executing large-scale HR programs and initiatives with a high focus on Organizational Effectiveness and Design, Talent Development, and Employee Value Proposition strategiesDemonstrated ability to drive employee engagement, identification of organizational opportunities and gaps, determine solutions, and implement changeOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business risks and develop effective mitigation strategies within the business or CompanyIndependent self-starter, with the ability to make sound judgement decisionsResult driven attitude to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move tasks and projects forward to completionExperience supporting overseas employees, particularly within UK and Europe, desirableExperience leading or supporting HR related M&A activity is also desirableWHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide strategic HR support to EB business unit, by driving initiatives to achieve or exceed the organization's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and growth strategiesPartner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives including culture, communication and continuous improvementChampion an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture, that promotes positive employee relations, development of talent, and retention of talent within the organizationMonitor key performance indicators, such as utilization, productivity, resourcing needs for headcount, overtime, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR KPI'sCollaborate with the Company's global HR team members and HR shared service functions to support companywide HR initiatives, including Dover Corporation's talent acquisition team to source and attract critical skills and knowledge, and drives the Company's Employee Value Proposition strategyDemonstrate positive and influential leadership and operate with high ethical standards and integrityAdvise both management and employees in HR related matters to ensure compliance with company policy and applicable local laws and regulationsSupports M&A activity where required
