Job Summary

The primary role of a SLED Account Manager is the pursuit, development, and closure of strategic, traditional, and transformational SLED opportunities within the geography.***Must live in SoCal.Responsibilities

Leadership of overall account strategy for the pursuit of both traditional and transformational opportunitiesAccount planning with core account teams, incorporating overall account strategy, identification of transformational pursuits, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder pursuit strategyPursue and develop relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executivesDevelop, pursue, and close strategictraditional, and transformational sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key partnersSupport formal RFP's - functioning as the business lead for solution development, pricing & strategyMeet or exceed semiannual sales goalsMaintainan understanding of competitive market positioning relative to NetApp solutionsQualifications

8+ years Account Management experience in a relevant industry with large SLED, commercial, or enterprise customersStorage experience, strong partner relationships in the territory, and strong knowledge of the territory are requiredAbility to work independently and solve customer-facing problemsAbility to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisionsTrack record of successful solution sellingStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)CompensationThe salary range for this position is $275k - $335k total on target earnings and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
