Phoenix Cyber is looking for a Help Desk Team Lead to join our client delivery team. This position is onsite in Bethesda, MD.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advanced IT support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership positionSolid foundation in basic networking, application, database, and Linux and Windows operating systems troubleshooting from an end-user perspectiveStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and lead a team in a 24x7 operations environmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong customer service orientation and a history of supporting direct customer interfacesExperience with other IT service management toolsKnowledge of network and server infrastructureExperience with ticketing systemStrong technical skills in networking, application management, database management, and operating system administrationRequirements:
