The Role You will serve as our primary point person, skillfully managing a range of responsibilities. Anticipating needs and staying ahead of Robert to ensure his organization and efficiency will be key. Engaging in all facets of the business, from coordinating photography and staging, overseeing Contractors or Vendors for Remodeling Projects, conducting showings, to communicating agent feedback to clients. This position demands acute attention to detail, exceptional communication prowess, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a composed demeanor. The Details Salary: $65,000 - $90,000, based on experience, plus bonuses Benefits: Paid time off, including vacation and sick days, and a 401(k) plan Hours: Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, flexibility for evenings and weekends is required Location: North Park (must possess a vehicle and a valid driver’s license) Responsibilities: • Provide top-tier, concierge-level service to clients, showcasing the exceptional reputation of the company. • Manage and maintain databases, along with overseeing client marketing efforts. • Upgrade systems and procedures while ensuring meticulous attention to detail in managing team listings. • Handle transaction management from open to close efficiently. • Create listing agreements, coordinate incoming offers, and prepare counter-offers with precision. • Serve as the primary contact for third parties and vendors, collaborating closely with the transaction coordinator. • Manage the lead agent's email inbox, calendar, and incoming calls effectively. • Ensure the lead agent is fully prepared for appointments and provide necessary support. • Handle correspondence, schedule on behalf of the lead agent, and brief them on upcoming meetings. • Assist in preparing for speaking engagements and explore new investment opportunities. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience assisting a Real Estate Agent, office, or team • Real estate license is REQUIRED
KEY SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:
• Outlook • Google Suite of Services • Real Estate Software: MLS, Dotloop, Zipforms, DocuSign, Dropbox, etc… • CRM experience: Referral Maker, Market Leader, BombBomb, and KW Command are a plus • Trello experience is a plus • FlowDesk and Kajbi experience is a plus • Understanding and use of AI Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
