2. Recent (within 5 years) demonstrated experience in specialty-specific clinical practices, workflows, and operations strongly preferred.

LPN LEAD/ MULTISPECIALTY CLINIC/ 40 Hours/ Full Time/ Foxboro MA ABOUT THIS JOB DESCRIPTION The LPN Lead is responsible for the efficient flow of patient care, reporting directly to the Nurse Manager of the Foxboro Urgent Care / Multispecialty Clinics. Coordinates and oversees the activities of the LPN team within the multispecialty clinics to ensure compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for our patients.Operational Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain staffing schedules.
2. Receive staff tardy/out calls and reassign staff as necessary.
3. Serve as a clinical back up in the event of a staffing need due to vacations, illnesses, lunches coverage, etc.
4. Organize and assign duties to clinical team members.
5. Oversight of medication inventory, expirations, and ordering.
6. Collaborates with inventory controller/CPD staff to ensure availability of supplies, instruments, and scopes.
7. Assure compliance with JCAHO regulatory requirements.Human Resource Responsibilities
