Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an ITSM Problem Manager to join one of the largest financial clients in Charlotte, NC. This person will need to hit the ground running and they will help take load off senior people initially. Their day to day is a flux of items and following up on ticket problems with their vendors. For example, they have vendors (example: Fiserv) where they will go in, look at what is being executed and needs to be changed. The incident response teams will follow up with investigation and the root cause, then document, task it, and do remediation. Other work that is included is SLA's and reporting, when is comes to reporting you will need to quantify and qualify the data. The team uses a home grown MicroStrategy tool to mine the data. There is a growing rate of high visibility right now in this world, so the candidate needs to be okay working under pressure. Last year this team executed 650 changes.
