Summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Product Analyst to help evaluate and improve the company’s products through data analysis, market research, and user feedback. This role is critical for driving product strategy and ensuring that products meet market demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze product performance metrics and user data to identify trends and insights

Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators.

Work with the CXI team to evaluate market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs

Collaborate with product management and CXI teams to define product requirements and enhancements

Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on data-driven insights

Key Competencies:

Business Acumen/Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of business and product processes and requirements through market and primary user research. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends. Understanding of First Horizon business operations and metrics that drive performance; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Collaboration/Communication:

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand, define, and prioritize problems; ability to communicate and convey insights through written documents/presentations and effective data visualizations.

Technical Proficiency:

Analyze client adoption of new product features. Work with clients to clear any blockers. Experience with data analytics and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages. Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and SOQL a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience in product analysis or business analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the technical to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
