Sr Finance Manager, Incentive Compensation

Position Summary:
Reporting into Finance to ensure alignment with the broader business strategy, this role designs and implements the organization's sales incentives, commissions, and sales enablement short incentive plans, focusing on both short- and long-term business strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment with internal equity, external market competitiveness, and compliance with regulations. This role focuses on modeling, analysis, financial target setting, and performance management to drive executive leadership decisions. As an individual contributor and expert in financial analysis and performance management, the role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, Reward CoE, and managers to develop customized solutions that fit local business needs and align with the organization’s overall reward strategy and principles.
It also ensures clear communication and delivery to field operations and provides analytical support on compensation-related concerns. The role is primarily analytical, focused on evaluating the effectiveness of compensation initiatives rather than overseeing others, and plays a key part in driving strategic compensation decisions.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation payouts aligned with plan designs, providing detailed reports and analysis to the executive team and proposing changes when necessary.
Compile and analyze data over time to forecast trends and conduct in-depth modeling to evaluate and analyze the impact and effectiveness of compensation plans, ensuring they drive desired outcomes, align with business goals and overarching global policies.
Perform annual sales incentive plan design, impact analysis of plan changes, and timely delivery of sales incentive plans to all participants
Maintain accurate Line-of-Sight records and tracking KPIs are appropriately set for all incentive plans
Resolve complex employee commission/compensation issues, advising managers on necessary adjustments and changes in compensation compensation plans
Coordinate with Rewards to create new compensation plans and advice on variable compensation plans following standard practice and existing compensation designs
What you need to bring:
Degree in Finance preferred.
Must have a proven track in engagement plans, sales commission management and performance management. Staffing or IT business services advisory experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Access, Advanced Google sheet and Excel experience, modeling, macros, data engineering, database management Preferred SQL, development skills and presentation software.
HRIS experience – Workday/ PeopleSoft
Preferred experience in Human Resources as a compensation data analyst or generalist
Project management and high level of organizational skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation, and detail-orientation
Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data from diverse sources.
Good attitude toward teamwork and to work independently and to influence leaders.
Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive data, strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay Rate: $180,100.00 - $114,000.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
