Position Summary

As a Marketing Specialist at OE Solar, you will collaborate with our sales and operations team to develop collateral, designs, marketing campaigns and work with our outside vendors for the website and social media marketing. You will work to elevate our presence in specific market segments and create and send email blasts, segment target audiences, create presentations, and other creative to help promote our business B2B and at events.

Key Responsibilities

Create collateral that explains and simplifies complex tax incentives and savings.Track Leads within our CRM systemExport email lists to send to clientsCreate Marketing funnels to re-market to clients and remind them of our industry knowledge.Create marketing emails, designs, posts and other collateral that directly markets to specific target audiences.Create creative to post on social media that is aligned with your market segment.Manage our VistaPrint account, ensuring timely ordering of marketing materials.Set campaign objectives, track performance, and report on return on investment (ROI).Generate, edit, and publish compelling content daily to captivate a B2B audience.Actively engage with followers, respond promptly to queries, and monitor customer reviews.Create ways to gather more reviewsConceptualizes, writes, edits and creates digital and video content for Community Relations.Utilize brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive design across social media accounts.Propose and implement new features to enhance brand awareness.Attends and organizes company eventsPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications

Strong Design Skills in Canva and PhotoshopStrong research and analytical skills.Proficiency in digital communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, & Mail ChimpMust be able to work in the United States.Requirements
