About the POSITION:Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.About Our PracticeIn business since 1974Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 4Total chairs: 10Schedule: one day per week or biweekly, flexible daysFee-for-serviceFully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Cone Beam, etc.)Specialty work done in office: Periodontics, Oral Surgery, IV SedationActive patient base: 3,735Average new patients/month: 45Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Vermont, in good standing.Completion of a residency program in endodontics.At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc.Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.Willingness to be in-network as needed.About the COMP & BENEFITS:Strong minimum guarantee of $1,500+ and 50% of collectionsMalpractice insurance
