The onboarding and compliance team is the front door to the internet economy. We build and maintain the infrastructure that helps our users access all of Stripe's financial products. Our team runs all the necessary compliance checks and helps users stay abreast of constantly changing regulatory and legal requirements.What you'll doResponsibilitiesDefine the strategy and roadmap for our compliance plans infrastructureAct as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future APIsCollaborate with other product teams to understand requirements and incorporate them into our planningWork with Engineering to build the next version of our compliance plans engineWho you are
Minimum requirements6+ years in Product Management, with experience in building platform products and in serving both internal and external customers/stakeholdersExperience managing technical software products from kick-off to shipConsistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous 0-to-1 projectsStrong stakeholder management including navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizations and bordersStrong communications skills - you can summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise mannerPreferred qualifications
Preferably has experience with B2B SaaSPreferably has experience with compliance and regulation in financial servicesExperience working on an infrastructure platform team
