Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking an Information Assurance Systems/Network Specialist to provide security support for the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) at Lackland AFB. This is a full-time position.Responsibilities
Analyze DISA STIG evidence to complete Security Assessments.
STIGs Required: Oracle, MS Windows Servers and Workstations, IIS Servers, Domain Controllers, Cisco Routers and SwitchesAnalyze DISA SCAP evidence to complete Security Assessments.Analyze ACAS Scan Reports to complete Security Assessments.Provide systems administration support with methods to provide suitable evidence adhering to DISA requirements.Perform ISCM testing for continuous monitoring.Act as a contributor to RMF documentation including System Security Plans, Account Management Plans, Information System's Continuous Monitoring Plans, Audit and Accountability Plans, Configuration Management Plan, and Incident Response Plan for four AFCEC/CBFS Systems.Complete monthly artifact upload into eMASS.Contribute to the Security Assessment Report (SAR), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and provide technical feedback and risk mitigation for SAR Findings.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in an information assurance or cyber security role. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must be Security+ certified. CISSP or CASP+ CE certification a plus. Experience with the certification and accreditation process. Experience with Risk Management Framework. Significant experience in vulnerability scanning and analysis, including the use of automated tools and vulnerability management systems. Knowledge of intrusion prevention and network access control tools/systems. Understanding of system audit principles and security risk assessment. Must have a solid understanding of network infrastructure and mission assurance. Familiar with Federal government and DOD standards for IA/security including DIACAP, FISMA, NIST, and OMB. Must have solid communications skills and be capable of working with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold an active Secret clearance.Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
